Thank you for the time you put into organizing our wedding day. The timeline was very detailed and helped give us a sense of order for what would have otherwise been sheer chaos. I was not there for that infamous venue meeting but I heard that you really stood up for what we wanted and continued to follow up later to ensure that our needs were met with the proper ceremony room, set-up time for vendors, etc. It was great to have you as our planner because you are not afraid to stand up to difficult vendors. We know it can be unpleasant, so we really appreciated that you were a strong advocate for us. You and your staff worked very hard to keep our wedding day running smoothly. You saved the day by running back to get that forgotten suitcase with all my wedding clothes! You and your staff also exhibited wonderful patience with everyone and kept their cool under pressure. The whole event really did turn out beautiful and we've had so many compliments about the wedding. Many have said it is the nicest wedding they have ever attended!
